Jon Van Beaver serves as the Director of Development for the Diocese of Springfield and as the Executive Director of the Western Massachusetts Catholic Foundation. He has been in this role since January of 2022. Jon is responsible for all diocesan fundraising efforts.
He is a proud native of Wilbraham and a graduate of Minnechaug Regional High School. Jon converted to Catholicism his senior year at Providence College after traveling to Jamaica on a mission trip. Graduating with a degree in Business Management, Jon spent a year with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, working as a Campus minister at the University of Detroit Mercy. After another year of service in Boston, Jon accepted a position as a Catholic fundraising consultant traveling the country as he ran campaigns for Catholic dioceses and schools in the Northeast, South and Midwest.
In his spare time, Jon loves to travel, read, spend time with friends and family, and watch and play sports.

Tina Marie Anderson currently serves as Director of Operations and a Campaign Consultant at Guidance in Giving, a nationally recognized Stewardship and Development company dedicated to helping Catholic institutions raise the necessary capital to effectively plan for the future. She has spent the past five years working in the field of Catholic Development, traveling throughout central and eastern parts of the US, working in both individual parishes and dioceses. Tina Marie has a passion for evangelization, outreach ministry, service, and in strengthening communities by promoting involvement and stewardship in every aspect of parish life.
Tina Marie graduated from Nichols College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She lives in Sturbridge, MA with her husband of 27 years, and their three children. She has served as a greeter, a catechist, a lay-evangelist, an extraordinary minister of the Holy Eucharist, a lector and as member of the Adult Faith Formation team. A Cursillista (St. Joseph’s parish Charlton, 2016, Our Lady Undoer of Knots Table), Tina Marie has served on team for Cursillo, and while at St. Joseph’s parish in Charlton, on team for the parish-based Light of The World retreats in as well.
Recreationally, Tina Marie loves spending time with friends and family, learning new things, cooking and all things outdoors.

José De Jesús serves as Executive Vice President of Diocesan Services at Guidance In Giving, Inc. a nationally recognized Stewardship and Development Company dedicated to helping Catholic institutions raise money and plan effectively for their future. He has spent the last 26 years working in the field of development and has traveled extensively throughout the United States teaching the concepts and precepts of "Catholic Stewardship." He served as Director of Stewardship and Development for the Diocese of Saint Augustine, FL. As a national speaker he helped the International Catholic Stewardship Conference in setting up its first Spanish Track for the annual conference years ago.
Jose graduated from Queens College in New York City with a Bachelors in Music and Psychology. He holds an MBA from Jacksonville University with a concentration in marketing. He has served as a certified Catechist, Music Minister and Youth Minister for the Diocese of Brooklyn, Diocese of Orlando, Diocese of St. Augustine and Rockville Centre. He is also a motivational speaker and lecturer in the areas of communication, strategic planning, organizational development and men's issues. He is married to Rosemary for 33 years and, with their three children, lives on Long Island, New York.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing his guitar and serving as a music minister at his parish.

Jennifer Frazer Keene President of Diocesan Services, joined the team at Guidance In Giving in 2000. Throughout her tenure, she has had the opportunity to work on a variety of successful diocesan campaigns across the country, including most recently for the Diocese of Providence, RI, the Diocese of Memphis, TN and the Diocese of Worcester, MA.
Jennifer and her husband, Scott, their son, Bryce, and lab, Sully, live in Raleigh, NC where she's a member of Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles and watching her son play soccer and swim.

Bryan Bedoya, Director, has been fundraising for Guidance in Giving for the last 10 years. Bryan is originally from Cali, Colombia and his interests include dancing salsa, cumbia, bachata, and all sorts of Latin dances. He also enjoys every type of sport, but soccer and football are hands down favorites. The Northeast is the only part of the country Bryan has not explored, so he is excited to get to know the diocesan staff, the parish communities, and most importantly, the food.

Iris Bodre A Senior Account Executive, Iris is a proud Dominican American, being a first generation US citizen whose parents were both born in the Dominican Republic. She is an experienced development professional who has traveled all over the country working with GIG for 8 years, and has also worked as a fundraiser for institutions of higher learning in and around New York City. She is a published book author, has pieces that have been published online and is currently writing a composition workbook that will be used in the First Year Writing classes she teaches part-time at St. John's University. Iris is active in her parish youth ministry in Brooklyn, New York and is also a member of the Purchase College Alumni Association Board of Directors, her undergraduate alma mater.
Iris earned a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) focused on Creative Writing from The City University of New York, City College. She fluent in Spanish with a working knowledge of Italian and is always looking for opportunities to practice! She enjoys dancing, writing, singing and traveling. One of her favorite places to be is in New England in the fall.
