Development and Training of Seminarians and Church Leaders: $2 Million

The future of our Church is dependent on our ability to cultivate and form holy leaders and followers. This campaign will designate funds to an endowment for developing, supporting, and training current and future church leaders. The goal is to encourage new vocations, assist with seminarian educational costs (which currently run upwards of $50,000 per seminarian per year) and provide ongoing formation opportunities for current priests and deacons.

The Beacon of Faith Capital Campaign will provide the solid foundation upon which our Church will continue to build and enhance the future for Catholics across the Diocese of Springfield. Financial resources are essential to enable our parishes to continue supporting the journey of faith, spirituality and ministry of our expanding Catholic community.
